Default 1979 302

Hi everyone,

I have a chance at getting a 1979 302 with 454's and trs drives. I only seen one pic of it. can the 302 owners post some pics of their boats so I can get an idea of what to expect when I go look at it next week. Also please post any info about these boats, problem areas etc.

And just in case any one asks i went to the formula web site and they do not have the old brochures up anymore.

Thanks,----Brad

Good boats, have a survey done if you are not familiar with transom and stringer issues, it is an older boat and unless it was completely redone I would assume it is wet, not matter what..basically the same as a 311 hull, good great lakes boat. takse alot of power to get them fast.

b-rad, not trying to hi-jack your thread.

Bill, my 34PC is just a couple slips down from Johnny, on the outside. Probably saw you there just never met you. You talking about Steve Knuckles (sp?) with the blue and white TG? I know he had a Formula but thought it was different colors, before he got the TG.

There are suppose to be several boats going over to Stillpond this weekend. Probably out Friday afternoon, rafting up out front. Suppose to be great weather.
