Nice Boat. Just looked at a 99 382 yesterday, and really like the layout. Space for the family, still looks fast for the driver . Wish you were closer to Chicago, as the 382/353 boats are something we are considering. Good luck with the sale.

I have been told that they started using the lightweight grid stringer system in late 2000 so would be smart to look for that year or newer if budget allows.

BTW, I'll pay for shipping to Chicago....

Opinions please....is it just too early in the season or am I really priced too high or is there something undesirable about this boat... or what? I am the least expensive boat in my year range with the good motors/drives....and most everything is fresh.

Have it on boattrader.com for a few weeks...no interest...

Hard to say.....things just aren't selling cause there are few buyers. My 382 is an 2002, equiped just like yours (down to A/C, and a 1 year old trailer) but with 60 hr. old 630 hp modified 500's and XR's. Boat runs 80 anyday, has seen 85 with the right props/conditions.
Had it listed all last year (winter through end of summer) for $125K....not one phone call. Luckily mine is paid for so I don't really care if it sold, I'm just going to run it another year or 2 then list it again.

You are not alone. My old boat has been sitting on the hard without a look for over a year.

I think the boat is priced very well.....NOTHING is selling, as I'm trying to sell mine, and have only gotten jokers emailing me with totally LOW BALL numbers

not too many looking for 100 plus k boats. So my guess is whoever has one for sale, it MUST be in the cheapest of the market, even in mint condition to be able to sell it...

my opinion...
