Here is a custom swim platform I had it made from Extreme Marine in Ohio on the back of my 1991 292 SR1.They do nice work and great warranty.Just get in touch with Nick with photos and measurements and they will build one,Weighs about 75lbs. Good luck.

I had to refinish the transom after pulling the st box, some of the adhesive pulled the gelcoat away. It was also very discolored from 20 years of being covered up. I just ended up spraying over mine with some single stage paint, i think it turned out nice.
