Once the prototype is completed, I will spell out the cost and what you will be getting for the money paid. This is a somewhat do-it-yourself finish product.

The raw version is what you will be buying. I may have a resource for the finishing, but you will have to contact them yourself. Let's not put the cart before the horse. Let's get the prototype done and tested (make sure the cup holder opens in the boat) then we can get the commitment and pricing down.

I plan to polish mine myself, and then have it powdered red to match my interior. If you don't polish it, you can have it two staged powder with a chrome base and it will have similar depth to it. I just did this on my bolster trim and it came out pretty good!

So let's wait till this first set is done, and I will start a new thread with all of the information on how to get your sets!

I don't have mine here. Both of the plastic ones are at the machine shop. Someone has to be able to measure for you, if not, I'll do it on Friday! If they are close, I might be able to talk the machine shop into a slight modification...Let's see how close they are.

I know the carpets aren't the same!! (Ask Thirdbird)

Careful, you might upset Honest John Rippem with that comment. Been there, done that.

For what it's worth the bolster trim looks good in red.

I got in on the first batch when axapowell worked with a local machine shop on the original design. They came unfinished and I polished them up. Great upgrade and go well with a billet grab handles. Get ready for some sticker shock buying the step plates through Formula. I hear there is quite a mark-up.
