I may actually get the boat in the water this weekend. I got the drives on today. Need to trace out some wire issues with the trim, torque down the exhaust, put the belts and hoses back on and I will be good to go!! This could be the earliest I have ever been in by about 3 months

What did you end up getting for drives? It was originally a TRS boat, correct?

I had a pair of TRS drives on my other boat. I have Konrads that I will put on one of the two boats. I want to run this one for a bit with the TRS drives first.

Well after finding out that half of the studs that I had to put nuts on were stripped out or galled, the thing is ready to go. It was amazing however. Every time I came up to a stripped out nut the solution to repair worked exactly as I had hoped. Used a die twice and the threads lined up perfectly. Stuff like that NEVER happens to me! I had to drain out all the gas. That killed me as it was 30 gallons. Today it is off to the gas station to put some fule in it and then drop it in the water. Wish me luck!
