Default 336 "Const Power" Breaker Issue

Buddy has a 1992 336 with a big stereo in it. Amp is wired directly to one battery with an in-line fuse and 4ga wire. Clarion source unit w/ CD changer are wired to the "stereo" switch in the "closet". If he runs the stereo at higher volume for 10-15 minutes with the motors running the "Const Power" breaker under the seat will trip off and kill the stereo. Anyone have any ideas? I am stumped . . . . Thanks.
