Default Tab Cable length on 311

Does anyone know what the length for the port trim tab cable is? Mine is broken so I need a new one.

Jon

I bought new cables for my 311 a few years back. I don't recall the lengths but if you email Formula's Technical Assistance Group (TAG), will give you the lengths. Of course, I've lost the email address too. Someone here will have it.

I just replaced them on my 382 last week. within the first 2 feet you should be able to find numbers stamped on the existing cables that tell you what length they are (some are in inches)

Thanks but the boat is up in Maine and I wanted to get them ordered up this week so that I can replace them when I pull the boat out to do the drive repair. Tag is looking and they seem to think that they have the info but just can not dig it up yet. Some place I know there is a thread on this but the search feature is not allowing me to find it.

If I remember correctly, it's a suffix at the end of the part number that's branded into the jacket; 144 is 12', 156 is 13', etc.

...of course, you have to have the cable in front of you to see it. Sorry, Audio!
