Removing Silent Thunder question

I just dropped the silent thunder box off of my 95 271.. I read that you should run flaps on the exhaust tips once you the box is removed.. I cant seem to find where to buy them.. any suggestions?

Go to your local marina and ask for houseboat exhaust flaps. Yours should be 4in or less.

Make sure that you get good ones! These are very important once the box is gone to prevent water reversion. I got mine from CP Performance (they were made by Hardin Marine)....

I also just purchased from CP Performance with the same Hardin Marine flaps this winter... They are excellent! Definitely top of the line.
