Engines - No. Innovation built them, and have helped me (and others) out with parts like gaskets, valve stem seals, heat exchangers and technical advice.
The drives were discontinued in 2006, but have had had no problems at all getting parts either through Volvo's online store, or through DougRussell.com.
Are you looking at one? There was a nice 353/500 package for sale in the Midwest recently...

was chasing the ebay boat with the 500/DPX.... auction went sideways badly, owner(s) were flaky... would have really liked to have it, but i'm NOT in a gaming mood
