I think that 311 from your area went for mid 30s ..... it was extremly mint condition.
I would hope if the boat is in mint condition it should go for at least low to mid 30s ....
There are a lot of rough boats that are driving the prices down.
I would plant flowers around mine before let it go in the 20s.

I actually meant a 312 Jeff, guy bought one here in Buff from mich for 30k believe its a 98. its tough right now Rob, I am not a business man bye no means but I'll put it like this would you rather sit on 30k or whatever you have in the 353 which I know is alot more, if its the 353 you had a while back know its time for it to go....

Earlier this year I couldn't get 28K for mine on a trailer. Both engines are rebuilt (454 Magnums), both drives gone through (Bravos). Needs nothing, not perfect but still very nice, 7-8 out of 10.
Lots of calls but nobody even would come look. Local broker said he could move it for 25K but that didn't give me enough to buy what I wanted next so I passed.
