I used a speed ratchet that is offset. You could use a ratched with a deep socket as well. The STBD side was much easier than the PORT side. I used my fenders to lay on so all of my body wieght was not on small presure point. I had a fender on the inside and on he outside. I used my Colman LED lantern for light. You have to remove the hand rails as well. Those are self explanitory. If you do it your self, pay closr attention as to how the original vinyl is cut to enable you to wrap it properly.

I'm just getting ready to do the same exact thing with my boat. I'm dreading removing those bolts inside to get the panels off! I'm actually in Gaylord maybe we'll see each other sometime this summer, we'll be at Torch, Mullet, and Burt quite a bit! That is if your back from BFE!

Bacon1,

I will be moving to Green bay the end of June but hope to have the Boat in Charlevoix for half of the summer. I reaaly wanted to do the poker run on Grand Tranvers bay but I don't think it's going to work out. I plan to do a ot of boating on lake Charlevoix this summer.
