Most of you here know my thoughts on Formula's exceptional customer service,but here is another reason they are the best. I finally sold my leftover 31PC and in checking it out the remote control spotlight would not move left to right. There is a nylon gear that stripped .I asked Formula to send a gear,they sent a complete spotlite,no charge.How many builders would do that? Thanks,Formula.
