I'm looking at putting the Drew Marine Steering Stabilizer system on the 88' 242. The boat has a 525SC clone but I run in the "nose Bleed" elevations. I am looking at adding this system to reduce future wear on my 411 hour steering system. Has anyone used these steering Stabilizers? How did you like them?

I put them on my scarab 22 that runs 80 gps, took the chim walk away .A little tough on the docks when you have to spin the wheel.
