Default Bimini Top & Full enclosure for 353

I'm selling a brand new (never installed or used) black bimini top & full enclosure for a 353 for $1500.00 plus shipping.

OK ~ Here's the story... I got a GREAT deal on a bimini and full enclosure for my 353 from Robert @ Nelems Marine "Magicfloat" back in January, with the understanding that the stainless steel frame would fit the bimini hardware already mounted to my boat for my existing factory bimini (just the sun shade) top. Last Saturday, I FINALLY got a local marine canvas guy to come down to my boathouse to install the new top to my boat. Unfortunately, NONE of the existing mounting brackets that were already on my boat, lined up with where the stainless steel frame for the new full enclosure called for them to be. (!) In order for this new top to be installed on my boat, I would have to drill all new mounting brackets into my boat, and NONE of the holes lined up with the ones that are already there for my existing bimini. Rather than drill all these extra holes, (I'm WAY too anal for that!) I'm going to have the canvas guy build me a custom full enclosure to my existing bimini frame & mounts.

This top would be perfect for any 353 owner looking for a full enclosure top that does not have any pre-existing bimini mounting brackets attached to their boat like I do.

Here is the posting from which I purchased the top back in January on OSO... It explains the deal that I got when I bought it:

"Thru a buyer fiasco that is too long to post here,I have a brand new bimini top with full enclosure available at a deal.Black color, snaps shipped loose so it will fit exising cockpit cover snaps. Will fit all 353's.Formula will not take back special orders, but they were nice enough to cut me an additional discount to help out(Thanks,Formula)MSRP from Formula website is $3545 for everything. They are invoicing me $1724. I'll take $1500,plus shipping from Formula factory. They will drop ship from there so there will only be one freight charge. This is a good opportunity for a 353 owner. Robert."

Please PM me if you are interested in this top. The snaps were never installed on the canvas so they are being shipped loose, (as they were shipped to me by Formula) so they can be installed to fit your existing cockpit cover snaps. All canvas is still in the existing packaging that it came in from Formula and never even opened.

SOLD... Thanks OSO!

Sam, I'm now taking bids on the CUSTOM camper top... Why, are you interested??? It only took the last marine canvas guy (3) months to find the time to get down to my boathouse! You know... "It's the busy season". That was such a great deal and I'm really bummed that I couldn't use that top. Oh well, like they say, "It's only money". Time to get out the checkbook again! See you on the water.

Yeah I know, I was thinking about the Amish too... I heard they have the latest high-tech computerized sewing machines.
