Default Trailer for 292

I have a silly question...Since the 292 has a stepped hull, what is needed for a trailer configuration to ensure the boat sits properly on the bunks (proper bunk speration, etc)?

Formula can email you a blueprint of the bottom. You need a special printer to print it out so I forwarded the email to Staples.Think it was five bucks to make a copy.Needed it when I set my lift up.

Once the blueprint is received what happens to the bunks? Do they need to be cut or adjusted? I am a total newb. Forgive me.

Do you already have the trailer or can loadright set it up for you?Basically you should have three sets of bunks the back two should be on the steps with the front of the bunk touching the 90 deg angle of the step. The front should be against the hull but not touching the chine.
If this was not set up at loadright its going to be a lot of work.

^^Is it gonna cost me more to have load rite set it up or is it customary that the trailer dealer do the setup?

If its not customary how much am I looking at money wise?

if your buying a new trailer from Loadrite they should be able to set up the trailer ....if they are wanting to charge extra to setup the trailer I would find another builder......m

Probably the dealer can help you but the need a way to take the boat off and on.A travel lift is perfect but you cant usually use them with a loadright.I honestly would pay someone to do this whatever the charge its going to be less than the fiberglass repairs if not done correctly.
With a custom builder the bunks would have been welded in place for your specific boat.

If I knew I was keeping my boat for a few more years I would get a Myco and sell you my loadright. But I am kinda bored with my boat so will probably move up soon.

what do you guys suggest? I have a 5k budget on a trailer. Should I be able to find an aluminum trailer set up correctly with this budget?
