We went out yesterday in the 20 mph wind here at lake mead. Boat was packed 5 adults .There was a lot of chop everywhere 2-3 some 4-6 footers. The lil old 223ls handel it like nothing. I was very impressed. I still think I want a bigger formula. I wonder what I could get for the 223 now days.

Depending on the options and condition you should probably get between 7-10K if it has a trailer. 87's usually have the Alpha drive so may be more toward the low end if it doesn't have the big block.
