Default Dash Panels Delaminating

The red plastic overlay is delaminating from the carbon fiber on my dash panels around the fastners. Dealer is replacing them as a warranty claim so no issues there. But I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

The fastners are a tapered head torx screw and it seems to me that this is part of the problem as there should be a small SS grommet used with the screws to spread the stress.

Ask if you can keep your old panels? I'll take them off your hands.

Unfortunately, Formula wants them back. Otherwise, I'd be happy to send them along.

Figures. They'll sit in a box in a back room somewhere and collect dust. I'm just looking to give the 02's dash a face lift.

How much can they be? They would not be hard to change sure Formula would sell you a set.

I've looked into it before. You can buy them directly from Livorsi too. I think for all the panels was like $500 if not more. I can think of at least 5 other projects I can do on the boat for that money. I got something else in mind, but we'll see how it plays out. I do wish I could get a template of the panels. That would make things a bit easier.
