Some pics from tonight. Tried for the SCOPE run on Saturday, but we ran a little late, my drain plugs were missing and had to go buy some, and we had a small oil leak on the port engine. We ended up just doing some hot laps in Long Beach then lunch at the Yardhouse. BOATING.......we love it!

Beautiful job!!!

Well I can see that everyone in California is using Queen palms in their landscape as they are here in South Florida. Nasty rascals aren't they?

Check.....I've forgotten what a PITA it is to launch, rinse trailer, park truck, go boating, get truck, wash, flush engines.......ugh.

They are pretty hearty and not too much to maintain.

I noticed that you pull your 382 with a SRW Ford. Is it a 250 or 350? I just sold our 2010 F-450 and replaced it with a 2012 F-350 SRW, and I am a little worried about how it will pull the 382. I will be trailering the boat for the first time this weekend and hope it does ok. I hope that the weight distributing hitch works well. I didn't use one on the F-450.

It's a 2012 F350 diesel. We went to Lake Mead a few weeks ago and it was awesome how well it towed the boat. I really mean it! It is lifted 4" and has a new massive hitch, but no equalizing hitch. I wanted to try without it and I think it does really well. Hope all goes well for you too!
