Picked up a 233 about 3 months ago and had it out once to tinker with timing and such,454mag ........well lets just shorten the story....the machine shop is almost done with the motor and am looking at exhaust options on our newly aqquired WAY UPSIDE DOWN project. The $2500 setups as nice as they look are out of the question , family boat , 4 kids , running thru-hull as i pulled the silent thunder. Have been looking at perfprotech's BB setups and GLM as well as Mercruiser. Been reading some bad about GLM and not the greatest casting work leading to premature failure , dont know much about Perfprotech and obviously OEM is gonna be pretty good. Anyone have any experience or input on exhaust to put back in here ?? Going back with a .030 over with a wee bit more on the cam and some headwork and thru-hull as previously stated so i am still in the minor leagues here as HP goes. Thanks Guys !!

Best Performance exhaust for the money with a five year warranty is the EMI Systems. Stainless Marine exhaust is a good system but more money.
