New Formula Towel For X-Mas
OK folks, the wife saw a towel that some friends of ours had this past summer that covered their entire sun pad. It was a custom made "Scarab" logo towel they paid about $500 for. I really did like it, but I'm too tight to spend that kind of jack on a towel I told her!
Not to be out done, she went to work on making her own towel for me for X-Mas. She had the factory send her a Fastech logo which she had enlarged at Kinkos to the size she wanted to fit the towel. Then she bought three large blue towels sewed them together, cut out the logo material and sewed that on the towels.
I asked her how much time she had invested and her reply was......I really hope you like it!......... PRETTY COOL!
Shoot me your e-mail if you want a picture of the towel. She wants to do some touch up work on it so its not 100% complete.

Here's one the Wife made a few years ago, turned out pretty good, she took two 3' x 6' towels and sewed them together and then I took them and had the Formula and boat name embrodiered on them.
We've got two of them, so we always have a clean one for busy weekends, buy good towels if you're going to do it.
Whole thing cost about a HUN FIFTY.

My wife did the same thing years ago, started out with one on our 303's, an now on our 353. Like some one said, buy good towels. People are always asking us where we bought it. She also made some real nice fleece covers for our bumpers too. What a great wife !.
