Does anybody know what a series of round plastic plugs would be in the bilge of a 2000 353 Fastech? They are about 3" round on the very bottom of the boat. Is it a sign of a problem? Something Formula did for a reason?

Like these? I suspect that they are inspection/relief holes used to make sure that the stringer grid system is properly bonded to the hull, and any excess adhesive has somewhere to squeeze out. Most Formulas have them.

Yep, those are the ones! I just purchased a 2000 353 on Saturday and these plugs were patterned like they were put there on purpose but nobody seem to know why they were there. Buddy didn’t think his 98 353 had them. Owner said they always pop out and I just want to make sure Formula put them there and was not a sign of a past problem. Thank you for the Reply….
