I couldn't stand the look and feel of the original cheap plastic step-plates that my boat came with. This is a HUGE up-grade that Dave was kind enough to put together for us! The stainless grab handle, trim plate and drink holder are from Bill @ Diamond Performance. Here's what mine looks like...

I can vouch for both the fact that the step plates are awesome and that Axa's boss is a dick...

Looks like I have enough interest to have a chat with the machine shop this week. Stay tuned, I'll try to have an answer on pricing and time frame to completion this week.

I had the Machine Tech program at our school to whip me out some and yes they really look awesome!! Didnt take very long and the price was right, 100.00.
