Is my 382 silent thunder box worth anything. What the h*ll do I do with this bulky thing. I am removing it Friday and installing stainless tips. Hate to store this thing forever.

wow i didnt know that the 382 had a silent thunder muffler...hmmm interesting. my suggestion is post it on craigslist and see what happens.

I took mine off my 271 and it has been in the way every since!! I will put it on ebay one of these days!!

I put the rubber flappers on the factory tips coming through the transom when I removed the box. They work great and it only took about 10 min. to install.

I still have one from my 271, and now have one from my 353, I just removed that last week. I bet there are quite a few floating around. Good luck!
