I bet that thing moves good with that set up. Better if they had the motors much closer. The rear seating is were you loose me. There is no good seating on that thing for going fast.

WHY did they seperate the motors like that?! Its not a cat or a work boat.. I dont get it.. Unless they planned on adding a 3rd O/B to that exact setup, its a loss! I do love the seating setup though...

Get ready for it, you're gonna start seein more of these efforts to go to outboards.. more seating, better fuel economy, etc.. just hopefully a better effort than this poor guy!

Well, I think it's pretty cool. As said above, most of my time is spent hanging and that would be a fun lounger. I think he did a nice job with it, not enough close-ups to determine fit/finish but by thinking of what that would cost to do, I bet it's put together pretty well. If Formula actually sold that setup, I think it would be a hit - a hot rod lounger!!

However, it's got to be a very slow ride with those engines. You need torque to get a big barge up and going, those egg beaters aren't torque monsters. But, if it cruises at 35 and will do high forties, I'd definitely be interested - for like 35k.

I especially like the "hydrolics" and "enron" paint!!!!

Depending on what he added or suptracted for weight I would bet that boat runs at about 65. He took out about 2,000 pounds on motors and added about 800 back on. So that is a 1200 pound savings. Then got rid of some other stuff so.... If done correctly he could have taken out almost 1000 pounds of weight.
