Default Cabin Speakers

My cabin speakers are not working. I replace the fuse on the AMP and still nothing. In reviewing my manual, it shows an inline fuse, which I can not find. If the inline fuse does not exist, I'm thinking a bad AMP? Any insight would be appreciated.

Have you actually tested for power at the amplifier?

If there is power at the 12v terminal check for power at the remote terminal to make sure the head unit is turning the amp on.

Have you recently moved or changed any wiring?

When I upgraded the stereo in my 382 I wired the cabin speakers to the stereo outputs (no amp). You could try this to see if the amp is the problem and might prefer to leave it that way. The cabin was still louder than I wanted it in there. I then took that cabin amp and re-used it to power a set of subs under the rear bench.....which I later replaced with a JL 500/1 and a pair of JL 10in subs.
