lookin for 242ls 88 and up. since you guys talked me out of the 87 i was looking at now looking for the better 88 an up 242ls. post what you have or know about.. thanks

I'm going to be selling my 242 LS. Its an '87 but it has the Bravo Drive not the weak alpha. Right now it has a 530 hp BBC professionally built by Wesco Racing which I've got around $9000 into it. The boat will do 69 MPH. There are only a handfull of other 242's that are faster. It has Mcleod Bolsters all new Vinyl in the interior. I've got around $3500 into the stereo as well as all new Livorsi Carbon gauges ($1000). If your buddy is looking for a stock boat this isn't it. If he wants to go fast he's going to need at least 450 hp which will cost an extra $7000+ on top of the boat price. I'm looking to get $19,000 as the boat sits. I'd sell it for maybe $13,000 with stock power and with standard speakers (no amps, subs).
