Fastechs do that at that speed either drive through it or drop the tabs.They will also do it when you either bring the tabs or trim up too soon after coming on plane.

The 312 that I drove had zero hop at all. If your prop has a lot of cup it will have a tendency to give a lot of bow lift. As I think it was you put it earlier in the thread that is probably not a desired result on a step hull. That was why I was saying play around with different props. Props are like magic. Nothing better then a good one and then there are all the rest.... :D
