ok guys i have been cursed.. looks like #7 cylinder was detonating and something came apart and beat up the spark plug.. i guess it needs to come out.. i am a technition but have very little experiance with boats.. what is the best way to get the engine out.? how do i pull the brovo 1 drive off? do the manifolds need to come off before pulling it out? any tricks and tips would be great to make this go smooth. btw this is a 89 242 ls with 502 brovo 1. anybody selling a motor?
