Default 357 kill switch replacement

I noticed that the kill switches aren't working this season. It appears they are threaded and screw into the console behind the throttles. Does anyone know if I can get under the kill switches from the radio door to replace them or do I have to remove the throttles for access?

On my 382 they install from the back and are hard wired in. Turned out that the switched were fine. It was the plastic clips that hold them down that were the problem. Over time, the sun and heat caused them to relax enough to make the switched not fully "switch". Replaced the clips and viola.

I'm pretty sure you can get to them from the radio door ....if not the controls will lift out pretty ez. One note ....make sure which switch you need ....some gnd the ignition killing the motor ....and some open the ignition ...stopping the motor..... I think the 357 grounds the ignition ....m
