292 311 fuel consumption
What are you guys getting for fuel consumption in your late 80's 292's or 311's? I'm using just over a gallon a mile in my 292 with 330's at 2800 rpms. I'm also spinning hydro Q IV 24 pitch props.

My 89 311 with 365's and bravo's cruises at 1.5 to 1.6 mpg.I ususally go 3000 rpm, with 26" bravo 1 4 blades this is about 42 mph.Motors are stock except for Gil exhaust.My 89 272 with 330's did the same.
