Yesterday at 5 pm I sent Formula a message regarding a 20 year old boat that I'm looking at, today at 9:36 I received all the info I had requested including the build sheet and warranty info, That's pretty good considering they are short staffed and such. I don't think I could ever own another brand, they have no reason to help me and they gain nothing, other then there great reputation. The odds I'll ever end up ordering a new are as good as me winning the lotto. They always pull thru and I hope they can survive these hard times and not fall such as other's have recently

Every time...and I mean EVERY time I have spoken to Scott Smith at Formula I have gotten a straight answer to my questions or I get info sending me to some source that has an answer.
I have been dealing with Formula customer service off and on for 35 years and they have always been predictably solid.

Looking at my 2008 (used) 260SS, Formula was very helpful in getting the information to me about transferring the Warranty and really any question that I asked them. I'm quite satisfied with their Customer Service, so far.
As to longevity, the Germans adore quality and engineering and it appears that Formula is currently very hot in German boat circles. Other European Countries also have a strong following. Formula makes models specifically for the European market. They wouldn't be doing that if they weren't successful there. The German Formula page is the most active Formula Facebook page. Even the pics for the 240 or 270 on the Corporate page are those of the European models with the high open bow rails, unlike the US models.
I have a feeling that Formula has long and successful future ahead.

Had two Formulas (didn't buy new) over the last 12 years and loved them both, when I called them for info on them Scott was always so helpful, great customer service, but that's why I own a Formula, too.
