At about 20 min on the video there is a scoop of some type right behind the top of the prop. What does that do? Is it to vent the top side of the blades? |

I am not en expert in powerboat racing, but I think that this is a an intstalation ventilation of the props. The reason for this is to get the props to spinn and get on plane qiucker. I am sure some one in here could give a more accurate explanation Happy new year |
