White was the look they were going for at that time. You had the white bow light, white anchor locker hinge, and white anchor locker latch. If you had the docking lights they were white too.

It wasn't until they switched to the SS bow light that they changed the latch, hinge, and docking lights all to SS.

I am just damn glad formula didnt put a white pvc cleat on the bow LOL.
