Maybe my heading was misleading. I wasnt trying to imply the arneson failed in someway causing the boat to sink...It did sink because it had arneson drives which had access plates that werent tightened and caused the boat to sink. Point being if this boat had bravo's or #6 drives it wouldnt have sank BUT it clearly was operator error--no doubt about that.

While the boat has Arnesons, we have nothing to do with the fact that Wes did not tighten properly an access cover while he was in a rush to make a boating event.
