I have been reading here off and on, but I figured it was time to register. Anyway, I am also looking for a 223 or 242. If I get my choice I want a red 242 SS with a 454 mag and the split throttle/shift controls. I may not be able to find that so I would also consider other colors, engines, models, etc. If anyone has something or knows of one around let me know. Thanks.

I have a 1991 that will be coming up for sale soon. Does not have the 454 Mag, just the std 454. 540 hours. new manifolds/elbows, new gas tank, custom anchor locker, Mercury Racing split controls, mechanical trim and tab indicators.

If you are looking for a 242ls mine is for sale its sitting on a 2007 phoenix trailer clolor matched to the boat with disc brakes on all 4 axles. YOU WILL NOT find a cleaner boat, originally a small block and alpha set up, currently has a bravo one and 400hp 454. Bolster seating, split controls, and silent thunder swim platform here is a link to a couple pictures in the water. 15,000 takes it. pm if interested.

Edit: also upgraded gauges, with gps recall switch and trim on throttle button
