Default Formulas In The ROUGH!

I thought it would be cool to see some pics of our beloved birds in some rough water. Anyone have any photos to post?

Here's a few shots of my old 311 running in 4-6's after a GLSCS race off Mentor, Oh. Spray off a big rig rouge wave soaked the photographer hanging out on the skids of the helo:

Great shots RedDog! Both boats are beautiful! I wish I had some Helo pics of my old 311. I've been in rough water with my old 311 and the 353 many times, but there's NOT always a Helicopter hovering overhead ready to shoot! Luckily there WAS one on the Buffalo Poker run two years ago and the photographer from torque photographic got the money shot for me...

Thanks, PS. Nice 353 you have, too! I was the Chief Physician for the Great Lakes Silver Cup Series for sevral years and ran the 311 as Pace and Med 1 for the organization as a volunteer, but they shot those shots for me at the end of one of the races as gratuity. Interesting that the very same photographer (Mike St Amand) was filming out of the blue chopper when the photos of the 382 were taken out of an overhead fixed wing at the Chicago Poker Run in '07.

Strangely I had a Boat Pix helo mysteriously appear out of nowhere at Put-In-Bay one day when I was taking a friend with pancreatic cancer for his first and only offshore ride. I was afraid I might hurt him but he insisted he go anyway. He kept the photo out in his workshop until he passed away. It's probably still hanging there ...
