Default 311 Tether wiring question

Is anyone near a 311 that could let me know how the tether is hooked up correctly?
I had an issue and unplugged them, and now I'd like them hooked back up.
I have a splitter connection in white/green wire going to the distributer which goes to the tether switch. The returning wire from the tether has a splitter in the back with two eye connectors. One appears to attach to the ignition module mount, but not sure where the second eye conector should go? Another ground on the motor perhaps if needed?

Thanks
