Definitely. For $50k it would've been a hull I considered for a minute for a Yanmar/Imco installation, but having owned one Chris Craft with "minor", "repaired" fire damage (it looked good... for a while), I'll steer clear of any hull that has recovered from a fire. Fiberglass that has sustained damage from heat can be a real time bomb and it takes a few years of moisture for many of the major problems to surface.

i emailed him for pics,txboatrepo whatever,,i wanted pics of the engine bay and after 4 emails and no pics he said he was going to put 375 hp 496 engines in the boat and sell it..then i emailed him the link to the burning of the boat,he said that the insurance was going to spend 90k and fix the boat,the owner threatend to sue the insurance and i guess they paid him 135k for the boat.. now this guy thinks he can throw motors in it and sell it for 99k...i dont think so!..not with 90k in dammages..
