330SS Forward Bulkhead Drainage

I have noticed on my 1996 Formula 330SS that there is a bulkhead in the forward part of the cabin, right where the V-berth cushion butts up against. Directly in front of this bulkhead is the water tank, and a bit more forward and above is the anchor locker.
I noticed that there is no drainage (limber hole) for this forward bulkhead. The anchor locker had a hole in it and the resulting water was trapped against this bulkhead and leaked a bit into the side storage compartments of the V-berth.
I would think that there 'should' be some drainage for this bulkhead that leads back to the engine bay/bilge. I am wondering if others with a 330SS have drainage at the forward bulkhead, and perhaps my boat is an anomaly???
TIA from any 330 SS owners who can shed some light on this.
I took the table pedistal base out of the v-berth floor to get a look underneath, but it was solid foam (dry foam, thankfully)

I've already been in contact with Formula Tech Support (Scott Smith) once on this boat, and I try not to wear out my welcome by asking too many questions.

No drainage on our 99 or 2000, I truly forget which it is. Anyway, we've had a freak accident where the anchor locker drain plugged and the boat was docked with the nose under the dock roof edge. Rain flooded the locker, overflowed into the fresh water tank area, and than into the cabin. And that takes a lot of water.
You have to drain the area you are asking about by hand. And, when you unbolt the water tank to access the bottom of that area, the tank floats up and creates additional problems. Bucket, cup, sponge, shop vac, and fans are all needed to dry that area out.

Formula (im talking 90's era)makes a beautiful boat from the outside BUT!! Im in the middle of replacing the forward bulkhead on my 92 336,,the more i get into this boat the less i like formula..from what you cant see foemuls did a chit job and cut MANY corners.they did a nice job on the stringers and the transom but anything forward from their they did a horrible job...from that forward engine bulkhead forward the wood is just tabbed in and painted over with gel in the cock pit area under the floor to the mid bulkhead in front of the steering wheel going into the cabin same thing, painted wood....at leaste under the floor in the cockpit area they foamed it in and put a 2 0z piece mat fiberglass over it that i stuck my finger through..
to me is this boat should have never left the factory like this..ALL the stringers should have been glassed in and wrapped with 1708 fiberglass and reinforced,,not just foamed in...
bottom line,,back then they sure built a s hit boat...

Regarding Formula construction, this is my second Formula of the 1990's era, and I have found that their construction is similar to a lot of other boat manufacturers, not better. The differences are in the components, styling and performance,

I sent Scott Smith a note regarding the forward bulkhead, so we shall see what he says. . . .
