Bolster seat actuator 272 sr1

Did anybody fix these recently? Need to replace them, called the company that bought Pl Porter and they want $400 a piece, could I rebuild them anywhere? Any ideas? I would really appreciate it.

Assuming it's not hydraulic, how about something like a linear actuator for a satellite dish, or something similar?

You can get them with quite a small overall length, and in 12 volt!

Hey, this is what i got so far , spoke to Chuck from this company you provided and it looks like the best solution so far.

"We overhaul those units for $225.00 each. Lead time is about 5 to 7 days.
Thanks."
