Well i posted this in my local lake forum, but thought a few may be interested on this site as well. Have a 98 with a badly sagging headliner, and the material on the walls was shedding badly as well, leaving sticky orange foam everywhere! I have my boat in a heated shop, and i started the remodel sometime back in november. here is the progress thus far.

Last update for now, here is what i am using. Carbon fiber vinyl on the ceiling, grey weave on the walls, purple carbon obviously for the transition pieces. and silver carbon for the seats. i have the seats getting upholstered, too many curves for me to handle effectively. i didnt go ultraleather as i wanted a modern look with all the carbon already (not that ultraleather isnt modern) but i didnt want to thrown down $60 a yard for ultraleather either, i think this will look just as good.
I will say it looks much better! in 98 they were using a gray fabric, and, lesson learned...the vinyl doesnt bend as well as the fabric, not nearly, so i have some spots to re-work.
BTW ill be putting the boat up for sale in a month or so, im upgrading the gauges to new livorsi units, and the motor is being rebuilt, its a 509 500 +/- EFI unit.
Im looking to upgrade to something larger, GF wants a bathroom...

Wow, that is looking really nice. I'm looking to get rid of the porta-potty and make the space a cooler. Just don't know what to do about all the hoses coming to the potty. My headliner will need some TLC shortly, like to travel? lol

I did something similar on my 1997 Formula 419 Fastec. If you know how to build a 525SC, I'll take yours in on Trade. Go to Pop Yachts and search the boat. I had black foam behind the ultraleather go to crap and man it was everywhere. Anyway, boat came out great. Also, painted dash silver, added silver coaming pieces in the cockpit, replaced grey carpet with blue and installed all new factory skins on the bolsters, rear seat and rear lounge pad. If you have any wood rotting in the cockpit, Formula will send you autocad files that can be printed on paper (at any architectural printing shop) and you just glue to the air expanded pvc plywood, cut out and screw together. I mean these new pieces fit perfectly as my rear seat backing was pretty rotted even though it was originally pressure treated wood. Anyway, good job on the interior, looks sweet.

Nice looking boat! When I first saw the price my jaw dropped, then I relized the motors needed to be rebuilt. It only I had the time and money!!!
