I went with the Issotta Carlotta and Billet Livorsi shifters. Added red bezels on everything, to tie it in.

I went with this purple Isotta Carlotta that I purchased from Bill @ Diamond Performance a couple of years ago and love it. It tied in nicely with the purple bezels on my gauges. I noticed that all the Cigarettes also had them in various colors at the Miami Boat Show last year.

I had trouble with the chrome flaking off of the Isotta. I replaced mine with this one, "Rapids" from Flaming River. It's powdercoated instead of plated. Isotta sells it as the "Posiedon", although that might be bad karma. I tell everyone that the "FR" (Flaming River) logo in the center stands for "Formula Rules"...

That's a pretty sweet looking wheel. Would love to see how it looks on the boat.
Anyone else with isotta wheels have trouble with the chrome flaking off?

I've used mine for two seasons now and it still looks brand new. I don't boat in salt water, so I don't know if that would be an issue. Maybe a salty could chime in and be a better gauge of durability...

The Isotta Carlotta looks to me to be an extremely high quality plating job with a noticeable depth to the chrome plating.

I put Nu Finish polish on it once a year to polish & protect.

They make all kinds of wheels.....but the Isotta Carlota is not plated. It is polished stainless steel. No peeling there! It weights quite a bit. Powder coat will peal though if nicked.
