Default How do you flush your engines

Just curious how others flush their engines. I have transom pickups due to my kaama setup. I have hose fittings on the transom that go into a perko flush unit. I like to flush with salt away in the water before putting the boat on the rack. Not a big fan of the perko mostly because they are plastic and have no seacock. Anyone have any ideas?

we put capped 16AN thru hulls with 1" hose that T's into the suction side of the sea pump ... I have an adapter for a 3/4" hose and I also can put a hose on the drive with another hose so actually 2 hoses flush the motor .....plan is to put a cap over the drive pu and just use the thru hull ...I have read where some say you dont even need to plug the drive just for an idle flush ...if you can supply alot of water to the thru hull ....never done it though .....the small 6AN fittings are the oil drains ....m
