Hi.
I'm new to the formula boats and have just bought a 242 ls -89 without a drivetrain and am doing work to get it running this summer. There are still some things missing and I just have a mooring cover for it. Does anyone know where I could get a full enclosure top for this specific boat model? If it's hard to come by I guess I could have it taylormade, but I'm hoping that I could somewhere find full enclosures made for the 242 ls.
I'd very grateful if anyone has any tips or info about this.
Thanks

It's basically a Bimini with add on side curtains and front pieces all made of Isinglass that zips in and out and buttons to the glass frame. Te rear drape zips in to the back of the Bimini and buttons to the gunwale. The drape has an isinglass window that also has a Sunbrella cover that conceals the zip out isinglass section.
Everything is relative but I've been out with it all up on a rainey 55 degree day and stay dry and comfortable. I had a similar set up on my 40' Sea Ray and with the canvas up you could actually air condition the cockpit on hot nights and be very comfortable.
