Thanks, discoloration looks like it could be from tanning oil. I'll try the eraser and report back with results this weekend.

There was a discussion here just a little while a go about boats this size, and I think 88 put a link to it great looking boat and even better numbers.

What a find!! That boat is a 24 year old time capsule!! It looks like it was shrink wrapped and stored in a climate controlled warehouse since it came out of the plant!!!

Diego bought a super clean '89 272 SR-1 but I swear I think your 242 is cleaner!!

Disagree Sprink, no time capsule there, someone has taken the painstaking task of changing the rubrail to white, completely changes the entire look of the boat

Wow, I had to look in the 89 Formula brochure. I didn't notice it was different until you pointed that out..
