Default Standard Imco Boxes on a 353

I have a stepped hull 353 with stock bravo drives. What should I expect to gain putting on standard extension boxes?
Speed/Ride/Handling

I believe I read the boats rigged from the factory with boxes had a 1-1.5" higher x dimension.

Scotts boat had them on it when he bought it, I will say it handles well at speed feels hooked good, even at 107!!!! unless its too flat it chines
