Does anyone know how these engines will fit? 454 with 250 b&m blower

yes they will fit with room to spare...what engines were in their b4? reason all of merc engine packages wiring are different..

he should have been more specific... .he has a 2000 353 was an hp 500 boat so it has motor plates and bravos .he wants to add 250 b+m blowers to his 454s currently in the boat .he wants clearance info as far as hitting the hatch .i do know you could order this with 525s and 575s .but dont know what they did at the fact to make em fit .

250 blower measured from the front top of the block to the top of the flame arrestor is 19 1/4" ( no intercooler) and with Holley carbs

pull a few screws off the mirror under the hatch and see if theirs a recess in it,,if their is they should fit...here is one with 575's in it..http://www.offshoreonly.com/classifi...o54676-en.html
