Do I have the only 255 on OSO?

There used be another couple of guys with 255 Liberator/LS that posted here but haven't seen anything for a over a year or two.
They were a popular boat in the late '70's and early '80's being built from '76 thru '82. You would think with a 5 year production run there would be more of them around.

i told him i was sick of paying for him to store his boat here,,i also told him i was going to pull the engines and all the gauges and donate the interior(to you) and the following monday the boat was gone but i still have a bunch of other stuff of his..he owes me big!..to be honest john i dont see that boat ever reaching the water in this life time..

Wow!! Well at least I got to see the pics of it to use as a pattern.
What a waste...I know you put a lot of work into it. In your estimate...what would I expect to pay an upholsterer to build mine out ? I already have the bolsters.

i did all the wood work,,had around 200 in material and 4 days labor which includes the front bolsters..if i had to put a number on it i would say a grand in the wood work and the upholsterer which was a latino guy charged me a grand for medium dence foam and to sew everything up..i had a roll of vinyl that i gave him which was around 200 bucks..if i were to do it over i wold get a set of deck himges of a 336 that has the double hinge and make the rear pad about 8'' shorter..this way your not real close to the front blosters..they was not enough knee room if you were a bigger person..
