After parting one out and cutting it up, I disagree, lots of foam, not nearly as strong built as other brands... I say its a great middle of the line boat, way better then my 320 Baja, but not built like other brands of the era... plain and simple...

357's much bigger and better ride.... great boat... same as others watch for rot, especially center rear stringer and under step in cabin....

Bravo was 88-89 depending on build dates.... very few TRS after 88..... I would buy a TRS one... much better ride....

TRS with 500 hp will run solid 73@5200.... 400 hp would be 66-68.... TRS...

Bravo add 2-3 mph on both....

When was the transition year to the Bravo drives?
I would have thought that the engines moved forward would balance better. I don't like porpoising at all really, did the tabs sort that out?

So no hook in the hull...great. But what is the 'concave' shape?

With stock power, at around 400 HP @ 5100-5200 RPM, how would the Bravo drives fare?

Thanks for the great feedback.

The TRS is more reliable? They are just direct drive through he legs? Shifting done on the velvet drives.

TRS parts seem to be more scarce and expensive.

I suppose either would be fine, more the overall condition etc.

What about bimini tops? I would likely run in inclement weather and rain. Are there full enclosures made for the 311?
