I'm in the market for a 271 and this one has caught my eye, what do you think a good price on it would be? I know several 271s have sold recently and I don't want to over pay for one. This one does have extremely low hours

The only true market value is what someone is willing to pay for it. NADA and BUC are only reference points . . . BUC tends to be better than NADA. Another thing that you can do as a reference is to check the web for asking prices of 271's. The low end of the asking prices is probably near where the boat is worth.
